Virtual tours allow potential buyers to instantly tour a property without the need to schedule a visit; it’s like holding an open house 24/7, which saves you time and money and benefits buyers who live far away or have health or mobility issues.

I offer both Zillow 3D and Matterport tours. Zillow tours are great because they automatically appear on Zillow, Trulia, and Redfin, are faster to create, and are promoted more effectively on Zillow. Matterport tours are another good option because many people prefer its user interface, and it scans the space to create a dollhouse view (shown above). Matterport can also be added to Zillow and other online real estate marketplaces. Both can be embedded on websites or shared with a link.
